Rui Nunes takes over the new Management of Softinsa’s Customer Unit

Lisbon, April 21, 2022 – With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, Rui Nunes takes over the new Management of Softinsa’s Customer Unit, where he will be responsible for customer relations, delivery and continuous improvement of the work developed by the Application Outsourcing (AMS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams.
Graduated in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, he performed the functions of Project Executive and Delivery Project Executive in the largest Application Outsourcing contract of IBM Portugal in an international client in the Telecommunications sector, before joining Softinsa in 2018. Here he assumed responsibility for the area of Application Outsourcing and respective projects, having accumulated over the last 4 years the experience acquired at IBM with the direction of the main AMS contracts and Digital Transformation projects of Softinsa.
Rui Nunes will now have as his main objective to certify the delivery of a service of excellence to Softinsa’s main customers, leading the growth strategy in a critical and essential area for innovation, efficiency and productivity of some of the main national and international companies operating in Portugal.
