Max2Green, the integrated platform for Cognitive Cities

Softinsa developed Max2Green with the aim of achieving greater quality and efficiency in urban management and supporting citizens, giving them access to relevant information for their interaction with the city and its services. Using Internet of Things (IoT) tools and incorporating Big Data sensors and technologies, we have developed a centralized, intelligent and automated platform for the management and control of critical services for the cities.

Lighting Management System

  • Remote and geo-referenced control of the lamps, allowing the definition of different levels of brightness and on/off control, as well as the definition of different operating profiles, scheduled for different periods of time (time and calendar)

Integrated Smart Parking System

  • Intelligent and centralized solution for managing the occupation of parking spaces in car parks
  • Allows you to consult information related to parking by consulting a web portal, Android and IOS applications for mobile devices and on information screens located at the accesses to car parks
  • The number of spaces available for Cars, Motorcycles, electric charging, reduced mobility, loading and unloading
  • Check rates, get directions to the chosen location and also receive alerts and notifications.

Irrigation Management System​

River Water Quality and Level Monitoring System

River’s water quality monitoring system ensures the registration of the following physical quantities:

  • Temperature
  • PH
  • water turbidity
  • Oxygen level
  • Conductivity


River’s flood monitoring system ensures the following features:

  • River flow level measurement at 15 minutes
  • Detection of failure or lack of sensor communication, registering with a minimum file of 3 months and immediately generating an alert by email and sms to the Chamber
  • Detection of previously defined flood level reaching/exceeding, with immediate sending of alert by email and sms.

Air Quality Monitor

  • Measurement of temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Ozone (O3) and PM1 / PM2.5 / PM10 particles
  • Parameters recorded with a minimum frequency of 60 minutes, with the identification of date, time and place, with a minimum archive of 3 months of the information collected
  • Detection of failure or lack of sensor communication, registering with a minimum file of 3 months and generating immediate alert by email and sms

Noise Measurement System

  • System for autonomous measurement of noise pollution in urban areas
  • The system consists of a set of various sensors installed in the Municipality and a data collection and analysis platform (PRAD)
  • Continuous noise level measurement
  • Ability to calculate the equivalent average noise, in periods of 1 second (Leq1s) and transmission every 15 minutes of the following parameters:
    • Average level (Leq)
    • Minimum level (Lmin)
    • Maximum level (Lmax)
    • L10, L50, L90 and L95 percentiles
    • Internal temperature (Temp)
    • Battery voltage (vBat)
